hello im updating :) training ytd and today was kinda awesome cuz its informal! the sun burned our asses. "i am hot and sexy" and "i am guailan" HA HA HA. self-training in the morning from tmw to friday, thurs napfa irritating... ok short update, am gna sleep nw bb!more of penang's picturee :>
